In the poll, carried out by Indikator for Swedish broadcaster SR, the left-wing opposition bloc has the backing of 50.8 percent of voters, compared to 47.6 percent, a lead of only 3.2 percentage points, down from the 4.8 lead the parties had in the previous week's Indikator poll.
In addition, the Liberal party has 5.4 percent of the vote, up 3.2 percentage points from a week previously.

Most of the Liberals' jump in support seems to have come from the Moderates and the Sweden Democrats, who were down 1.6 percentage points and one percentage point respectively on the previous poll.
The Left Party also shed support, losing 1.5 percentage points, and the "other party" category also fell by 0.6 percent.
The Christian Democrats' support was up 0.5 points, suggesting party leader Ebba Busch's flirtation with the centre-left is paying dividends.
The Social Democrats were up 0.7 points, Centre Party by 0.2 points, and Green Party by 0.1 points.
The centre-left bloc's lead and the Liberals' increase are both statistically significant.
